ABOUT PAULA PERKINS

Deeply passionate about the spa, fitness and wellness industry, my journey to becoming a consultant began as a therapist, where I realised the hugely beneficial effects a carefully considered and well-conceived spa can have on an individual’s path to relaxation and wellbeing, as well as profitability for its owner. Having spent almost three decades working within the topmost end of the spa industry, and 18 of those years within ESPA International, I have gathered a wealth of knowledge as a Spa Director, Spa Project Manager, Business Development Manager and Consultant, both in the UK and abroad. With extensive global experience in the 5-star luxury hotel, wellness and spa sector, I am dedicated to helping create inspiring experiences, where individuals can relax and heal in beautiful spaces whilst ensuring my clients benefit from a return on their investment.

Having project managed and consulted on many award-winning global projects, I am an expert in my field, and enjoy collaborating with others who are also exceptional in theirs. I feel fortunate to work alongside many of the world’s most respected architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, hoteliers and leading hotel groups. I have been honoured to work with those whose attention to detail, dedication and delivery matches my own: including Four Seasons, Nobu, Corinthia, Discovery Land, Marbella Club, Barr + Wray, GA Design, Goddard Littlefair and Design plus Light.

The spa and wellness industry is ever-evolving, with many exciting developments. Fascinated by the changes taking place in the extensive world of wellness, I am keen to keep abreast of the latest, exciting developments: this had led me to extensive further education and a personal practise of Naturopathic Nutrition, Mindfulness and Yoga.
