Paula was joined by Kent Richards - Corporate Operations Director for Six Senses, Niamph O’Connell - Group Vice President of Rosewood Hotels & Oliver Bonnefoy - Managing Director of Gentleman’s Tonic. Their topic was to discuss how spa concepts can transcend oceans. They explored how spa brands based on short term trends need to customise their approach to survive in overseas markets and what this currently meant for existing spa brands. They also discussed whether spa brands need to adapt their approach and customise their vision, to ensure success.
There were plenty of questions and delegates were given practical advice that they could then apply to their own projects.
